We did not want to produce another piece of software in the already disconnected manufacturing ecosystem. We wanted to support manufacturing companies to produce repeatable parts with lower effort by focusing on the three pillars of digital manufacturing.(link to CFT). Advanced manufacturing including additive manufacturing use multiple tools and it is hard to ensure parts produced are reliable or if the required processes were followed. To solve this problem, DNA next generation MES (manufacturing execution solution) is a plugin based web/desktop application that connects software assets already used within the organisation. The MES can be a standalone solution with custom workflows to suit our customer preferences or we can build custom integrations to connect and trace the workflows that are critical to your business needs. ​
The data generated can be used to train AI models and such use cases are currently under development. We would like to hear what you would like to do with your data. If we find your use case is of interest, we may offer to support your use case for free.​
